Description
well its anime character, so I guess its considered fan art 
character is from anime series called " Blood plus but its worded "Blood +" with the plus symbol. " Its a interesting show, that I watch here and there.
I felt like drawing anime randomly, so. I must draw it, plus I dont get the chance to try to do a decent anime pic, because I am uber self critique when I draw anime.
if I get the chance and time, ill try to finish the whole thing
with color.

I saw your Blood+ art, it’s so wonderful indeed!
When I became a member here, I noticed that there is some Blood+ fan club but there were all like dead!
No new works, no member, for Blood+, such wonderful Manga/Anime.
So, I made a group: BloodPlus-club, I have been decided to make it a live energetic group, so as I saw your gorgeous, awesome Blood+ work, I want to ask u if u like to join?
